LIQUID COUNTER SYSTEM

Features:

	Liquidborne particle monitoring system made up of three major components: electronic module, sampler, and sensor

	Two batch SAMPLERS available: CI-1010 and CI-1020
	CI-1010 sampler designed for both low and high viscosity fluids and equipped with a pressure cylinder for degassing the sample and pressure assist sample delivery
	CI-1020 sampler is a syringe drive assembly only and is intended for aqueous and other low viscosity fluids.
	Both samplers employ a stepping motor syringe for accurate sample volume and flow rate control and are microprocessor controlled via the electronic module
	Sample volume, flow rate and tare volume are operator selectable on the electronic module keypad
	Three types of SENSORS are available: RL Series, RLLD Series, and CI-180 Series
	RL Series Hydrocell Light Obscuration sensor available in many different concentrations, flow rates, and size ranges to accomodate a variety of apllications.  Particle sizes from 1.0 mmto 8,000 mm may be measured.
	RLLD Series Laser Diode Light Obscuration sensor has a monotonic response throughout the dynamic range eliminating troublesome discontinuity found in calibration curves.  Particle sizes from 1.0 mm to 100 mm may be measured.
	180 Series Laser Diode illuminated light scatter, sub-micron sensor used to monitor DI water and process chemicals.  Particle sizes from 0.2 mm to 50 mm may be measured in several ranges.
	Several software packages are available to use with the CI-1000 system: the CALIBRATOR and the REPORTER
	The CALIBRATOR is a powerful, user-friendly program that will allow you to perform least-squares-fit and segmented-curve-fit analysis.  This data is then used to provide a complete calibration certification.
	The REPORTER is a user-friendly interface to the CI-1000 that will allow you to retrieve and process data efficiently.
	Six particle channels can be viewed at a time, and the size thresholds can be reset to display different size ranges without re-running the sample
